wonderful family stay!

fantastic poolbig roomlarge balcony

the resort had a fantastic pool, and it was really close to the beach (i really liked that). our room was plenty big enough for two adults and two kids. i also appreciated that the balcony was nice and big, so we could hang our wet swimsuits out to dry.

this was hard with a five-month-old and a two-year-old. the clientele was mainly older people and that wasn't perfect for us. (still, it was pretty good!)

breakfast had a great selection. kids got free ice cream and popcorn during the day near the pool (such a treat!). this was a fun surprise and really helped keep everyone happy. the staff was always available.

lacking attention to detail

dated roomscigarette smell

the rooms feel quite dated. walls show swelling from humidity, and paint is chipping. the reception area often has a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, inappropriate. the pool area had green mold growing in the caulk. all these factors detract from the overall experience.

I was not happy about some things . The hotel has rooms in different buildings. This setup isn't ideal when traveling with a toddler and an infant. I also was like the hotel catered more to an older crowd and , made it less suitable for young families.

the pool was adequate for my needs.

the walls are thin. noise from adjacent rooms disturbed my sleep. also, i found no iron in the room and had to request it, causing delay in preparing for my appointments.
